This past week has been very busy There are so many things that have to get done the last week of school. It is a fun week with many social activities for students and teachers, but it is also a very exhausting week.
Last Sunday, Aimée had her baptismal. I can't say it went as well as I might have hoped... but it was o.k. First of all, I had caught the dreaded flu virus that had been circulating in the grade one classes for 2 weeks. Thank heavens my parents were down for the weekend. They kindly helped out with Aimée while I was barfing my brains out! This is why I look a little pasty in the pictures. Aimée was very very squirmy and was not terribly impressed that the deacon poured water over her head. I think she was also a little annoyed that she couldn't play a little in the water.
Aimée and Hannah had the opportunity to dress up for the first time. I am not sure who had more fun... the mommies or the little girls?
Tinker Hannah
Princess Aimée
Aimée was soooo pleased with herself. Without a word of exaggeration, she kept kissing herself in the mirror.

My father replaced my old 15 litre toilet to an efficient 6 litre toilet. Thanks so much Dad! The toilet, (if you can get excited about a toilet) is awesome. The reviews say that it can virtually flush down just about anything. This is very good as Aimée loves to experiment with the toilet. I just have to make sure she doesn't get sucked down the drain!
Why not put a picture of your new toilet on your blog?

We went to CHEO's Teddy Bear Picnic on Saturday. There was so much to see and do.
The doctors say Bear will be just fine.
They wrapped his belly with gauze and gave him some honey medication.
Aimée loves carousels.
Such a big girl!
All worn out from all the fun.
Lots and lots of new toys from Tracey and her boys. Thanks Tracey!
Aimée does not like hot weather. Nor does she like wearing hats. I can't help but wonder what she would do if she was still in Vietnam.
Have I mentioned recently how much I love this little girl?
