In two and a half weeks (May 26) it will be one year since Aimée was adopted. I wanted to make a video commemorating this amazing journey before our fist "Gotcha Day" (adoption day anniversary). With me going back to work on Monday, I knew I had to seize the moment and get it done. The video brings back so many powerful and wonderful emotions. I look forward to one day sharing this video with my beautiful daughter. I hope she will see how much she was wanted and loved... even before we met.
(Don't forget to pause the music in the pink box on the right hand side of your screen.)
For you, Aimée

Great Job!! I love seeing Aimee's voyage home. What a beautiful gift to yourself for Mother's day, and that's a huge compliment from your video editor sister!!
(not even a tacky heart wipe, you rock!)
xo den
wow A whole year already, you have done a superb job of putting this video together. Just being able to see how much Aimee has grown since her arrival home is amazing. Her journey from Viet Nam to our hearts is very special and you have made it a very memoriable one. Not to mention that you are a wonderful Mother.

You are so talented! WOW, that should be in the dictionary, under the word LOVE. Stunning tribute, Happy Mother's Day!
(You could quit your day job!)
I hope your first day back at work went as well as it could...and that the transition to childcare was seamless for Aimee.
